I have a Bachelor of Business Administration – Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. I understand how mortgages work and I can help you work with a mortgage broker/banker to finance your dream home.
Along with a Real Estate Broker license from the State of Florida, I currently hold a Community Association Manager (CAM) license. Since many homes in Sarasota County are located within an Association, I will be able to help you understand the Association Covenants (Articles of Incorporation, Declaration of Covenants and Bylaws), as well as to see if an Association is financially sound prior to you making an offer. This will assist you in finding the RIGHT community for you and your family.
Being a Graduate, Realtor® Institute (GRI®) member I will be able to assist you better than 95% of the other Realtors®. Not all Real Estate Agents are Realtors® and not all Realtors® are GRI®.
